Stand out from the crowd

Although rare, we have all heard the stories haven’t we? Someone needs an Assistive Technology product to assist them with their mobility, hearing or bathing to improve their quality of life.

The supplier they have contacted to help them provides them an unsuitable product or service with catastrophic results.   This may be the lack of the right expertise, training or business ethics to either know that they are providing a product or service that is not suitable for the client or actually, the outright cowboy does not care as long as they make the sale.

We all know many companies and their employees act responsibly, have experienced staff and provide a great service to their customers.   How does the customer recognise these from the cowboys?  What is there that gives them confidence that the individual they invite into their home is competent and trustworthy?  The answer is there is nothing at the moment which exposes the difference between the majority good guys and the cowboys.

The ATP Society is the BHTA arm aimed at the client facing individuals that work for organisations (large or small) that provide products and services to the healthcare market place.  ATP Soc Practitioner accreditation allows the consumer to choose a supplier with confidence.

Why not find out how you can stand out from the crowd and create a differentiation from everyone else by contacting the ATP Society for an advisory brochure (and if you’re an individual, a Trusted Practitioner application form).

Our marketplace needs to be overtly more professional, contact us now and play an important part in making this happen.
